Simply put . . . I take the Master of Ceremonies role to a whole new level. Most DJ's play music and make simple announcements. I have trained extensively to incorporate masterful techniques in appropriate audience interaction and involvement that makes every guest excited to participate in your celebration. My pre-event consultations will address these options at length and YOU will always have the final say on what is included and what is not. The idea is to put together a program that is entertaining, personalized and inclusive for everyone. The result will be an unforgettable experience that your guests will not stop talking about. What I offer is NOT your typical cheesy wedding DJ showcase. The service I offer is stylish, upscale and meant to impress! 

For starters, I do NOT charge resort style pricing. My prices are in the middle range and only slightly above that of the national average of $1650 for a four-hour event. My additional hour rate is also discounted to save you money. When you weigh all the options available, combined with my training, experience and what I bring to the table . . . you will quickly realize that what I offer is a bargain for the level of upscale entertainment you will receive. With one 10 minute phone call, I will be able to give you an accurate price quote. 

Every event is customized musically to include any styles, decades and genre's that YOU wish to include. This also means we can exclude styles you do not like. Guest requests are important, but only in the styles that you pre-approve. I'm not a big fan of the overplayed wedding songs. I play the hits that will make your dance floor active and lively. You can rest assured that I use good judgement, always!!! 

I arrive approximately two hours before the start of the event. For example, if the music is to begin at 4pm, then I will be there right around 2pm for set-up and sound check. You NEVER pay for this. It is my responsibility to travel to the event location and arrive long before the first note is played. Too often, other DJ's push their arrival time too close to the event start time. Not me. 

With few exceptions, I primarily use BOSE audio sound systems. They are the best of the best. Crystal clear audio and reliable sound performance. I also bring backup speakers, mixers and computers to ensure a smooth running event. Also, wireless microphones (for the minister and people toasting) are included at NO additional charge.

My deposit is called a Retainer and is only $500. Most companies ask for 50%. Not me. I've been doing this a long time and truthfully the deposit is to "hold" and "guarantee" the service. In essence, it's for the initial booking. It covers the entire booking process (ie; meeting, contracts, invoices, receipt generation, initial planning etc.). 

Absolutely. In addition, you'll find some great client-friendly policies that benefit YOU, the customer. For example, the Final Payment isn't due until 14 days before the event. Most companies have a 30, 60 or 90 day final payment clause. Mine is two weeks. This means if you were to cancel for any reason before that time - the only thing at risk is the low Retainer (ie; deposit) amount. Also, my name (Larry Williams) will ALWAYS be the DJ on your contract to perform. There will never be a substitution.
